HYROX method in Miami, FL

The method

Hybrid training blends endurance, strength and conditioning into a single performance system. At Hybrid Lab, every workout is part of a larger progression designed to improve work capacity, strength and long-term athletic performance. Our goal is to remove randomness and replace it with structure, progression and purpose.

WORLD CHAMPION PROGRAMMING

Training program designed by HYROX World Champion Tim Wenisch.
Our programming follows the same performance principles used to prepare elite HYROX athletes worldwide. Sessions are carefully structured to develop endurance, strength and race readiness while remaining accessible to beginners.

This ensures members train with a proven system instead of random daily workouts.

SCIENCE-BASED APPROACH

Our training balances three essential pillars:

• Aerobic development for endurance and recovery
• Strength progression for durability and power
• High-intensity work for race performance and conditioning

This balanced approach improves performance while minimizing injury risk and burnout. The focus is long-term progress, not short-term exhaustion.

COLOR-CODED CLASSES

Every class follows a specific training focus so members always understand the purpose of each workout and how it fits into their progression.

🔵 Aerobic Work – running, ergs and Zone 2 training to build endurance and engine
🔴
Strength – progressive resistance training to build power and durability
🟠
Threshold – race pace intervals to improve speed and performance
🟡
Conditioning – high-intensity metcons blending strength and cardio under fatigue

This system removes guesswork and ensures balanced training week after week.

open gym

Members have access to a dedicated performance training space during and outside of class hours. This allows athletes to follow personal programs, practice skills, complete extra endurance work or prepare for races independently.

Off-schedule, the whole gym becomes available for open gym purposes.
